Our Story
About Us
Daisy Cow began with a simple goal – to create skin products that actually felt good to use.
Founder Sue Brian trained as a massage therapist and qualified in aromatherapy in 2007. Working hands-on with clients, she saw first-hand how many people struggled to find gentle, reliable products for irritated or sensitive skin.
The turning point was personal. One of Sue’s daughters experienced ongoing skin irritation, and her father – a builder – battled painfully cracked hands. Nothing seemed to offer lasting comfort. So Sue went back to the bench and began developing her own formulations.
From that work came Daisy Cow Itch Relief – a product that quickly became the backbone of the range. Customers now use it in all sorts of practical, everyday ways and regularly tell us it’s the one product they come back for.
From there, the range expanded.
Today Daisy Cow includes soaps, moisturisers, exfoliating scrubs, lip balms and more – all made in Australia using cow’s milk and pure essential oils rather than synthetic fragrances.
We don’t use petroleum, parabens, paraffin, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulphate or harsh additives.
We don’t use tallow.
We don’t test on animals.
Just thoughtfully made products designed to be gentle, practical and enjoyable to use.
Daisy Cow is proudly Australian Made.

Why I Started Daisy Cow Soap
People often ask me why I started Daisy Cow Soap. Perhaps this letter from my dad will give you an idea as to why:
“To My Darling Daughter I know I’m the reason behind your Itch Relief balm. I write to you darling and to let customers of the future know how you have changed my life.
Over six years ago you told me you would fix my hands. It took much experimenting and many products… Finally in 2009 you changed my life. I had a skin condition that no-one knew what to do with. I would get up in the morning and run my hands under steaming hot water just so I didn’t scratch them. I’d have my shower, eat brecky then put band-aids on all my fingers and thumbs. This went on for 6 years. My skin on my finger would peel daily, didn’t help with band-aids but that was the only way I could get on with my job. My hands were like sandpaper. It was if I had paper cuts all over them – they would bleed with added pain and were really itchy. I am a builder. I believe I may have gotten this problem from timber glues from my trade.
Suzie drops by with another jar to try. “Dad try this. Fingers crossed,” we said. I put the Balm on, a few minutes went by. My hands didn’t feel itchy. We got a little excited as the relief was almost instant. A couple of days later I rang Suzie and said “ Love, its a miracle. Its a relief to my hands. I think you’re onto something here.” Two months on we couldn’t believe it. My hands were mending each day. I was able take a band-aid off, my skin was stronger on my finger tips, my palms were healing. Today my hands are amazing.
Thank You Darling “GO AND TELL THE WORLD MUM AND I WILL TOO” Love Dad
